General Information

1. When and where is the reunion being held?

The BWDW Family Reunion will take place June 11–13, 2027, in St. Augustine, Florida. Visit the itinerary page for the complete schedule of events.

2. Who is invited to attend?

All descendants and extended family members of the Barkley, Wade, Denson, and Wilson families are welcome to attend.

3. Do I need to register in advance?

Yes. Advance registration is required so that we can accurately plan meals, activities, transportation, and event spaces.

4. What does my registration fee include?

Registration fees help cover reunion expenses, which may include venue rental(s), reunion t-shirts, activities, decorations, transportation, and other event costs. Specific inclusions may be listed on the itinerary page.

Hotel & Transportation

1. Is there a host hotel?

Yes. Information about the host hotel, room block rates, and booking deadlines can be found on the accommodations page.

2. Do I have to stay at the host hotel?

No. You are welcome to stay wherever you prefer, but staying at the host hotel makes it easier to participate in reunion activities and connect with family members.

3. Will transportation be provided between events?

Please check the itinerary for details regarding any scheduled shuttles, or group transportation.

Parking

1. Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, parking is available at most reunion venues; however, parking fees and policies vary by location. Please check the itinerary page for the most up-to-date information.

2. How much does parking cost?

Parking rates vary by venue and hotel. Guests should expect to pay the venue's posted parking fees, if applicable. We recommend budgeting for parking expenses in advance. 

3. Is overnight parking available at the hotel?

Guests staying at the host hotel should confirm overnight parking rates and policies directly with the hotel.  Both self and valet parking are avilable,

Activities & Events

1. Are children welcome?

Absolutely! The reunion is designed for family members of all ages.

2. What should I wear?

Dress recommendations for each event will be listed on the itinerary. Comfortable shoes are encouraged for outdoor activities and sightseeing.

3. Can I attend only one event instead of the entire weekend?

Yes. Family members may attend individual events; however, registration may still be required.  If you can, come and enjoy the entire weekend!

4. Will there be activities for children and teens?

Yes. Activities are planned to ensure that guests of all ages have opportunities to connect and have fun.

Food & Special Requests

1. Will meals be provided?

Yes.  Please refer to the event schedule for details on which meals are included with registration.

2. Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions if they are noted during registration.

Payments & Policies

1. Can I make payments in installments?

If payment plans are available, details will be listed on the registration page.

2. Are registration fees refundable?

Refund policies and deadlines will be posted on the website.

Memories & Communication

1. Can I share family photos and stories?

Yes! We encourage everyone to share old photos, family stories, and memories to help preserve our family's legacy. If you would like to share please complete the "Contact Us" form and let us know.

2. Who should I contact if I have additional questions?

3. What expenses should I budget for besides the registration fee?

Guests should plan for hotel accommodations, transportation, parking, meals that are not included in the reunion package, souvenirs, and personal expenses. Planning ahead helps ensure a stress-free reunion experience.

4. How can I be kept up to date with any special announcements during the reunion?
